CHAKRA MEDITATION & CREATIVE JOURNALING

MASSAGE

Price: $45 for 30 min, $75 for 60 min

I believe strongly in the power of bodywork while on retreat. It is the fastest way to get out of the head and into the body. And from this embodied place, we connect deeper with each other, the moment, nature and yourself.

I have asked my friend Erika Lutwin, LMT, to join us this year. She has been my personal bodyworker now for over 10 years. I cannot say enough great things about her style and techniques.

Soon, I will share her entire treatment schedule and directions on how to book a session or two, here.

To play, press and hold the enter key. To stop, release the enter key.

Price: $35

Journaling is a powerful way to exercise creativity and can be very illuminating and relaxing. Artist and chef, Jackie Adamo, will guide you through a chakra meditation to prepare the mind for creativity and open the energetic pathways. Afterwards, you will receive and demo and guidance on creating your own unique visual art journal which combine words, collage, painting, and other techniques to record personal experiences. A large variety of materials will be provided and you will bring home a small “visual journaling kit” to help jumpstart your journaling practice.

This experience is an additional cost of $35 and is offered on Saturday, 7/31 from 10am -11:15am.
