Vinyasa Yoga 4:30 - 5:45 PM, at Mindful Yoga

Learn to intentionally sync breath and movement through a sequence of postures. This style of class is dance-like and fluid and will help you to build strength, focus, and flexibility. The most popular vinyasa sequence is a Sun Salutation or Surya Namaskar.

Tantric Roots 6:00 - 7:15 PM, at Mindful Yoga

Experience tribal dance, tantric movement, breathing and chanting, all within the familiarity of a well-rounded yoga class.

Tantrasa, created and developed through Kim Fischer's 20 years of yoga studies, playfully combines tribal dance, kickboxing, HIIT training, vinyasa yoga and esoteric tantric practice together in a 2.5 hour immersion. Together, during this magical journey, we will explore ancient pranayama, chanting, and tantric movement to unlock energy and liberate the mind. You will learn why these bizarre, yet easy practices, are effective and can be apart of your daily routine. We then flow together through a series of high and low intensity yoga postures done to earthy, tribal dance music. The evening concludes with deep stretching with corresponding chakra chanting, cleansing relaxation and meditation.
